Meet the Founders

Kristina Mahoney has more than 15 years of professional experience in tax and accounting.  She is the Managing Partner at EliteOne Agency (www.eliteoneagency.com), a boutique Management and Marketing firm, providing tax and business consulting to clients across various industries in the small and mid-sized market.  She graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Masters in Taxation, Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Global Marketing, and a Bachelor in Business Accounting.  

 

In addition to tax and business management services, EliteOne Agency provides marketing advisory services to assists clients with various marketing needs as well as organizing events throughout the year. 

 

She is the Co-Founder of the Fabulous Females of Golf organization, a member of The Fountain of Praise, the National Association of Black Accountants, the National Association of Tax Professionals, and the National Association of Black MBAs. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf and socializing with friends.

 

Stacey Frank has over 15 years of professional experience in business management. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and her Masters of Science in Health Education from Texas Southern University. Stacey has experience providing management and training to employees with a variety of large companies including Continental Airlines and Southwest Airlines. Since joining the firm in 2011, Stacey's expertise lies in overseeing the operation management of the clients we serve and providing a high level of customer service. Stacey also plays a critical role in organizing the various events held during the year.

 

Stacey is a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic church, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and Lone Star Golf Association where she has served on varies committees, held offices and chaired numerous events. She is the Co-Founder of the Fabulous Females of Golf organization.

 

Stacey believes in giving back, making a difference and synergistic results. She is a former educator, experienced leader and an active community participant. In her spare time she likes to play golf, travel and spending time with her family.
